The owner did a great job was very professional and worked diligently. However, the help he brought with him wasted time and accomplished very little. The work was completed well and even got a follow up visit from the owner. All in all I would use them again and plan to but would ask for no additional workers.
Yes. That is the point of a list. Mixed jobs, like a door adjustment, a fan install and a few drywall patches, can be priced and scheduled together.
