Fence installation & repair in Maryville, TNStraight lines. Gates that latch.
Chain-link and wood privacy fences, repairs, and walk or double gates for Blount County yards.
Fence Installation & Repair
Fence Installation, done right.
A fence settles a lot of questions: where the dog stays, where the kids play, where the neighbor’s view ends. It also takes a beating from weather, mowers and falling limbs. Leaning panels and dragging gates are common.
The List Home Services puts up chain-link and wood privacy fences, repairs the ones you already have, and hangs gates that swing and latch. Mitchell leads the crew, and every fence starts with a walk of the yard.

The work
What we do
New installation covers chain-link and wood privacy fences, with walk gates and double gates sized for people or equipment. Our own photos show chain-link runs with both walk gates and double gates.
Repairs cover leaning or broken posts, damaged panels and pickets, sagging chain-link, and gates that drag or will not latch. Our photos also show a new white two-rail fence built along a walk.

Why it matters here
Red clay, slopes and fence posts
East Tennessee yards are rarely flat. Red clay holds water, hillsides make a fence step or follow the grade, and roots and rock can turn a simple post hole into real work. All of it shapes the layout.
Posts matter most. A post set deep and straight keeps a gate swinging true, while a shallow or wet-set one leans sooner. That is why we look at drainage along the line before setting anything.

The process
How the job runs
Call or text with the length you have in mind, where the gates should go and what the fence needs to do. We look at the yard, talk through layout and gates, and price it before work starts.
Lines are strung before posts go in, so the run stays straight, and gates are hung and tested before we pack up. The crew cleans up, and we walk the fence with you at the end.
“Very professional and reasonable.”
Where we do this work
Fence Installation across Blount County.
We’re based in Maryville and take fencing jobs in all of these towns. Each page has drive times and local notes.
Can you fix a fence I already have?
Yes. Repairs are regular work: leaning posts, damaged sections, sagging chain-link and gates that drag. We look at the whole run, because one bad post often points to wet ground or a shallow footing.
Should I choose chain-link or a wood privacy fence?
Chain-link keeps pets in and marks a line while leaving the view open. Wood privacy blocks the view, but it needs more upkeep, like staining. We help you choose based on what the fence is for.
Can you add a gate to a fence that is already up?
Often, yes. We look at the posts on both sides, since a gate puts more strain on them than a plain section does. A walk gate or a double gate can usually fit, and we confirm that before pricing.
