That list is where The List Home Services gets its name. Mitchell does the work and leads the crew, and the jobs are the everyday kind Maryville and Blount County homeowners hand over: repairs, installs, swaps and haul-away.

The work
What we do
General handyman work covers home repairs, maintenance and punch lists: loose trim, doors that rub, worn caulk, squeaky hinges, whatever has been bothering you. We also swap toilets and faucets and handle other minor fixture repairs.
We install and replace light fixtures and ceiling fans. We hang curtain rods, blinds and shelving, install appliances, mount TVs, and haul away old appliances, construction debris and unwanted materials once the work is done.
Why it matters here
Small jobs, mixed trades
East Tennessee humidity is hard on houses. Doors swell and stick in summer, caulk lets go around tubs and trim, and small leaks hide behind fixtures. Catching these early keeps a small fix from turning into a bigger repair.

On the day, the crew keeps the work area tidy and clears away as jobs come off the list. At the end, we walk through everything with you so nothing is left half-done and no item is forgotten.

Can you take on just a few small jobs?
Yes, small jobs are the whole point of a punch list. Send whatever is on yours, even if it is only three odd items. We look it over, tell you what fits together, and price it before we start.
Do you haul away what you take out?
Haul-away is part of the work: old appliances, construction debris and unwanted materials. Tell us what is leaving when you send the list, and we will confirm the plan with you before the job starts.
Can you install a toilet, faucet or ceiling fan I already bought?
Installing and replacing toilets, faucets, light fixtures and ceiling fans is regular work for us. Tell us what you have and where it goes, and we will look at the spot before we price the swap.
